Steam News has word on the pre-ordering of Ubisoft's Dark Messiah of Might and Magic via Steam. Here are the details:

Dark Messiah Might and Magic is now available for pre-order via Steam for just $49.95. Those who pre-order and pre-load the game will have everything they need to start playing the moment the it is made available.

Dark Messiah Might and Magic, an action-RPG published by Ubisoft and developed by Arkane Studios, is powered by an enhanced version of the Source Engine, the award-winning game technology created by Valve for Half-Life 2 and its next generation games. Named most anticipated RPG of the year by leading publications around the world, Dark Messiah Might and Magic challenges players to ferocious single-player and multiplayer combat set in the Might and Magic universe, one of the gaming industry's most successfully and longest-running fantasy game franchises.

Dark Messiah Might and Magic will be made available for the PC via Steam for a price of $49.95 later this month.

Rainbow Six Vegas coming to Xbox Live! in November

According to Gamespot today, Ubisoft says they will be releasing a demo of Rainbow Six Vegas on Xbox Live! sometime in November.

The single-player sampling will be available for download from Xbox Live Marketplace in November. The demo will feature one level that takes place in the under-construction Dante's Casino, which a cell of terrorists has taken control of. Gamers will lead a squad of commandos through the level, using real-world tactics to take down their foes.
