The PlayStation Store was updated with the following:

  • Folklore “Sneak Preview” demo (free): Be the first to cross over to the "other" side and discover the amazing worlds and creatures of Folklore in this exclusive U.S. demo. Join Ellen and Keats in their search to solve the mysteries of the Netherworld and learn to protect your self from the dangers that wait for you.

  • Heavenly Sword “Making of” No. 3 (free): In “Episode Three: Capturing Performance,” go behind the scenes to see how a team of digital artists, sixty cameras and the most advanced motion capture technology available provided the perfect platform for Dramatic Director Andy Serkis to shape the characters at the heart of Heavenly Sword.

  • Heavenly Sword Anime No. 3 (free): In “Episode Three: The Rise of Evil,” two young men, Shen and Bohan, who are destined to lead, will study the arts of war together, but only one will learn the value of honor and duty. For the other, no earthly crown will ever be enough.

  • Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots Trailer (free): This new trailer features the debut of the boss characters for Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots – Laughing Octopus, Raging Raven, Crying Wolf, and Screaming Mantis – the women that make up the Beauty and the Beast Corp. The trailer premiered at the Games Convention in Leipzig, Germany.

  • Haze Trailer (free): In this trailer for the much-anticipated PS3-exclusive title, Haze protagonist Shane Carpenter switches from the Mantel trooper he once was to the Rebel Hero he must become.

  • TimeShift Trailer (free): Check out gameplay footage in the newest trailer for TimeShift.

  • Galactic Civilizations II: Twilight of the Arnor Announced

    BioShock in Stores NOW!

(NASDAQ: TTWO), announced today that BioShock is now available in North America for Xbox 360™ video game and entertainment system from Microsoft and Games for Windows®, and will be available in Europe beginning August 24.     Brave – Nintendo Wii, Nintendo DS and PlayStation Portable:

    Monster Madness Ex – PlayStation 3:

The horror-themed third person shooter will also include a host of new features, including four player online co-op and stacks of downloadable content when released in Q1 2008.

    Iridium Runners – PlayStation 2:

    Set in the year 2050, Iridium Runners allows players to compete in the ultimate marathon – one in which winning isn’t necessarily a question of being the fastest runner. Special powers and weapons are on hand to make each race in the Iridium Championship an adrenaline-pumping battle for survival in this startlingly fresh take on the futuristic racing genre, which is due for release in Q4 2007.
