I have played every Xbox 360 and PS3 arcade, and I believe this is the best arcade game out to date. You control any of 18 cars(most of which you need to complete various tasks to complete in single player mode) around 4 stages trying to capture convicts and get them into jail to score points and other cop cars are also attempting to capture the same convict. On each map, the jail has various jumps and drive-thrus, to score 1,2, or 3 points. The ramps to the higher amounting points are more difficult. You can also deposit your convict into various moving vehicles: a helicopter for 4 points, a blue paddy wagon for 3 points, and a red paddy wagon for 5 points. Around the maps, there are also 3 weapons you can use to bash the convict or suck him out of your opponent’s vehicles: a magnet, a hammer, and a homing rocket. However, bashing your vehicle into an opponent is also an efficient way of getting the convict away from him. It's mostly a party game, but unlocking the various on solo is also an enjoyable experience.
Gameplay
The gameplay is very solid. I have not experienced any annoying glitches besides having a convict end up on the roof, but they fell down in good time. The only agitating thing about this game is chief difficulty where the A.I. characters not only move faster than you but also know where te next convict will spawn and exactly where the paddy wagons or helicopters are at. However, this also gives you an advantage because you can see where your opponents are going, and after awhile, you will forget ever saying chief difficulty is unbelievably hard.
Graphics and Sound
It’s an arcade game, so the graphics aren't UNBELIEVABLE, but they aren't bad. It's cartoony and has the looks for something like Alien Hominid in a 3d form. It displays in 1080p. The sound is fine accept it becomes very repetitive hearing the British man narrating the matches say “it's a hot potato” 4 times in a row.

Story
You begin the match. You earn points. You win or lose. My kind of story.
Overall
It's a fun game. It's a game that would be most enjoyed with a friend. It will take you about 4 hours to get all of the cars if you can adept to game play at chief difficulty quickly. In all seriousness, the repetition of the British man saying hot potato is the only thing the caused me to decrease my rating; it is the most annoying thing to hear when your fighting over the convict.
